DJ Bust is now involved into deejaying for more than 15 years but his very first steps into music - as a bass guitar player - date back to the early 90’s. He bought his first turntables in 1995 and he since started to learn turntablist techniques : scratching, beat juggling and even composing his very first routines ...

He has sharped his skills by participating in numerous online battles (especially from Beat4Battle and Turntablism972 forums), so many opportunities for him to make contacts with DJ’s across Europe. Bolstered by these experiences, he took part in IDA and DMC belgian championships in 2010, 2011 and 2012, in both solo and team categories (as Phonographx), and won several vice-champion titles in Belgium.
He’s recording, scratching, composing and producing for many artists : Craig G, El Da Sensei and A.G. (alongside DJ Koss), Aral & Sauzé, Kaer (Starflam) or Finger Dan.

Former community worker, DJ Bust is also pretty involved alongside associations, schools and youth centers, offering training workshops for beginners DJ’s. With the Spray Can Arts association, he organised the « On The Ground » festival, a significant event in the Province de Liège region which was blendig every Hip Hop disciplines.
He’s Scratch teacher in A.K.D.T. School in Wallonia.
